Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the
Tap Salon & Spa mobile application and website (collectively, the
“Platform”), operated by Conversotech (Pvt) Ltd (“Tap Salon & Spa,”
“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “Client” means a user who books salon or spa services through the Platform.
• “Professional” means a salon, spa, or independent beauty and wellness practitioner offering services through the Platform.
• “Services” means the beauty, wellness, and personal-care services listed by Professionals.
• “Platform” means the Tap Salon & Spa app, website, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the
Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this
requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Nature of the Platform

Tap Salon & Spa is a technology platform that connects Clients with
Professionals. We are not a provider of salon or spa services.
Professionals are independent third parties responsible for the services
they offer. Tap Salon & Spa does not employ Professionals and is not
liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services delivered.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately
of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate
these Terms.

5. Bookings

• Clients may request or book Services through the Platform based on
  Professional availability.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment (or a required deposit) is
  processed and the Professional accepts the appointment.
• Professionals are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings and for
  communicating any changes.

6. Payments

• Payments on the Platform are processed through our third-party payment
  gateway, Safepay.
• Booking payments are collected by Conversotech (Pvt) Ltd and settled to
  the relevant Professional, less applicable commission, typically within
  one to two business days.
• By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge
  the applicable amount, including any deposits, fees, or taxes.
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Tap Salon & Spa may charge a commission on bookings and/or subscription
  fees to Professionals, as separately agreed.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and no-show handling are governed by our separate
Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to post false
  or misleading information, to harass other users, or to interfere with
  the operation of the Platform.
• Professionals must comply with all applicable health, hygiene, and safety
  regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by
Conversotech (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or
create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of
any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap Salon & Spa and
Conversotech (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from
services provided by Professionals.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conversotech (Pvt) Ltd, its
directors, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your use
of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any
breach of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Lahore, Pakistan.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform
after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
