User Agreement for Tap Salon & Spa App

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Tap Salon & Spa App (“Tap Salon & Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Tap Salon & Spa mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. License
Tap Salon & Spa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

3. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any features of the App.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the App or the networks or services connected to the App.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by Tap Salon & Spa. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent from Tap Salon & Spa.

5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. Tap Salon & Spa does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tap Salon & Spa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tap Salon & Spa harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Agreement
Tap Salon & Spa reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Termination
Tap Salon & Spa may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
